Krystal B. Crawford is an Associate Professional Counselor. She completed her mental health counseling degree from Medialle University in May 2023 and her master’s in education, school counseling from SUNY Brockport in 2009.

From September 2022 through May 2023, she completed her internship at Victor Counseling Practice in Rochester, NY and since June of 2023, she has been a Mental Health Counselor at Rochester Resiliency Center working with children, adolescents, and their families. In addition, for the past 11 years, she has worked as a School Counselor focusing on Mental Health and Substance Abuse counseling for grades 9-12. Prior to her school counseling career, she was a Substance Abuse Counselor in an inpatient treatment facility.

Krystal has had a primary focus on adolescent counseling for the past 11 years but enjoys providing counseling to all ages, including adults. She appreciates the variety of supporting individuals of all ages and backgrounds with an assortment of concerns.

Krystal can address a wide range of concerns including anxiety, depression, emotional regulation, crisis counseling, trauma counseling, self-esteem, substance use and abuse, and personal growth. Her goal is to provide a safe, non-judgmental space where clients can explore and discuss any issues they may be facing. Krystal values a strength-based approach and the importance of insight and resiliency.

Krystal grew up in the Rochester, NY area and has relocated to McDonough with her family. She is excited and passionate about providing counseling support to her new community. Her personal interests include being with her husband and two young children, camping, shopping, and exploring her new home.
